Minister of Defense: The Prince Henry
The Ministry of Defense is tasked with ensuring the defense and military capabilities of the Kingdom, in the form of boarder patrols, intelligence collection, and armed combat. All responsibilities of the ministry are directed by the Minister of Defense - appointed by the Prime Minister - currently The Prince Henry. The Ministry oversees the Armed Forces, and therefore has the duty of organizing, managing, and maintaining His Majesty's Army and Navy.
Since the foundation of Florenia, there have been no threats to the national security of the nation. The Ministry's primary function during times of peace is the execution of boarder patrols and the organization of military training, functions which are currently in place.
